Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner for the AMER Enterprise Tech team in San Francisco. You will partner with sales leadership to drive strategic analysis, improve operational efficiency, and shape growth initiatives across a fast-growing commercial organization.

You will own performance analytics, run operating cadences, build dashboards, and translate complex data into executive-ready narratives for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations and management consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL or R to independently write queries and build models.
• Mastery of spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and data analysis to support executive decisions.
• Experience with GTM systems like Salesforce and BI tools such as Looker/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leaders to develop and refine segment-specific GTM strategy and territory planning.
• Maintain operating cadences and deliver business reviews to support revenue targets.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and synthesize actionable, executive-ready insights.
• Translate complex analyses into narrative for senior stakeholders and drive strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc analyses in BI tools and spreadsheets.
