Anthropic is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner for the AMER Enterprise Tech org. You will work with sales leadership as a deep expert in a critical segment, driving strategic analysis, operating cadence, and growth initiatives to advance the business.

You will synthesize insights from performance data, develop executive-ready narratives, and collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Product teams to refine sales motions and ensure disciplined execution across

Qualifications

Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
Proficiency in SQL or R to query, model, and extract insights from large datasets.
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel) with pivot tables and complex formulas.
Experience presenting to C-suite and VP-level leaders.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales leaders to analyze and refine segment strategy and growth initiatives.
Analyze sales performance metrics and build scalable data insights.
Develop GTM use-case frameworks to capture customer value.
