You will enable disciplined demand intake, business case validation, prioritisation, quarterly planning, capacity planning, and portfolio health management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PMO or program governance within a complex, multi-workstream environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain governance artefacts to internal audit standard.
• Strong organizational discipline and confidence to challenge governance quality where required.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to produce senior-level reporting independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level governance across GTM Effectiveness to ensure demand is managed and priorities aligned.
• Produce fortnightly Portfolio Headline reporting with RAG status, milestones, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, capacity, and funding requirements for initiatives.
• Maintain benefits register and quarterly realization reporting for approved business cases.
• Onboard new PMO staff and workstreams to governance standards; support knowledge sharing.
