Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Manager of GTM Change Activation to drive high-visibility transformations across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, program delivery, and enterprise transformation, delivering strategic plans that ensure GTM teams are prepared and activated at launch.

You will architect playbooks, influence senior leaders, and deliver measurable adoption and performance improvements across Go-To-Market motions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Transformation expertise with large-scale changes (policy, behavior, operating model).
• Executive communication to influence senior leadership and present strategies clearly.
• 9+ years in corporate transformation, strategy and delivery, or complex organizational change management.
• Certifications in Change Management or Program Management or an MBA.
• Strategy consulting background focusing on enterprise transformation or GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic GTM Activation: deliver end-to-end GTM transformations with clear activation strategies.
• Drive Behavioral & Policy Transformation across sales processes and execution.
• Problem Solve with Agility: act as internal strategy consultant to design holistic solutions.
• Architect Change & Delivery Playbooks merging program mgmt with change methodologies.
• Influence & Partner Cross-Functionally with sales leaders and enablement teams.
• Measure Business Value using adoption and GTM performance metrics.
