Job summary

Sage is seeking a GTM Effectiveness Portfolio Manager to oversee governance, planning, and executive reporting for the GTM transformation portfolio. The role ensures disciplined demand intake, business case validation, prioritisation, quarterly planning, and capacity management to align with strategic GTM priorities.

The candidate will provide portfolio-level oversight, produce concise reports for senior stakeholders, and enable timely, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO or program governance experience in a multi-workstream environment.
• Ability to maintain governance artefacts to internal audit standard.
• Strong organizational discipline and confidence to challenge governance quality.
• Clear, concise communication for senior-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and quality assure Plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and change registers across projects.
• Conduct governance assurance reviews for Tier 1 and Tier 2 initiatives.
• Produce the fortnightly Portfolio Headline Report with RAG status, milestones, risks and decisions.
• Monitor delivery plan adherence and escalate blockers or variances.
• Maintain portfolio delivery and assurance metrics for governance visibility.
• Support intake triage and initiative assessment with the Innovation and Automation team.
• Maintain Finance Impact Tracker and portfolio resource heatmap.
