Sage is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives within GTM Effectiveness. The role focuses on disciplined delivery, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization across large-scale programs in a hybrid in-office setting.

You will partner with Sales, RevOps, IT, Product, and GTM Effectiveness to manage dependencies, risks, and readiness, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong governance, RAID and stage-gate management.
• Ability to connect business processes with technical solutions.
• Proven facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or enterprise delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery coordination for complex cross-functional initiatives with milestones and risks.
• Build and manage project plans with owners, timelines, dependencies and recovery actions.
• Govern program governance, RAID, escalations, and executive follow-up.
• Frame problems, triage intake, and guide prioritization with stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery with Salesforce and GTM technology platforms.
• Facilitate working sessions and governance forums to drive decisions.
• Track benefits realization and readiness across deployment and stabilization.
