• Executive communication to influence senior leadership.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM activation transformations with clear activation strategies.
• Drive behavioral and policy transformation across sales processes and policy execution.
• Serve as an internal strategy consultant to define challenges and solutions.
• Architect change and delivery playbooks for launch readiness.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage risks without direct authority.
• Measure adoption, behavioral shifts, and GTM performance post-launch.
