Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with senior executives in a rigorous environment.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce clear recommendations.
• Strong quantitative mindset with ability to validate numbers from multiple sources.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Comfort with autonomy and shifting priorities in a fast-moving setting.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Experience using AI tools as part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Drive priority go-to-market initiatives from plan to delivery and remove blockers.
• Build analyses and decks, turning input from many teams into executives' recommendations.
• Prepare leadership content including updates to the CEO and Board materials.
• Track top priorities, owners, and risks across the go-to-market org.
• Bridge go-to-market and Product, Finance, Legal, Safeguards, and Research for usable decisions.
• Step in to own work lacking a clear owner and hand over when established.
