Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner to support the AMER Enterprise Tech organization. You will collaborate with sales leadership to drive strategic analysis, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives across the segment.

You will partner with executives to refine territory planning, performance reviews, and GTM motion evolution, translating data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL or R and modeling large datasets.
• Mastery of spreadsheet tools and data (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Track record presenting to and influencing C-suite and VP-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leaders to analyze and refine segment strategy including territory planning and growth initiatives.
• Maintain business reviews and operating cadences to help achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives that drive decisions and actions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, models, and ad hoc analyses to inform decisions.
