Capgemini seeks an experienced Go-To-Market Leader for Data & Analytics in the Automotive sector to drive growth across North America. This senior, client-facing role combines industry expertise, data transformation, and delivery leadership to unlock value for OEMs, Tier suppliers, dealers, and mobility services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consulting, technology services, Automotive, manufacturing, mobility, or adjacent transformation environments.
• Demonstrated success originating, selling, shaping, and delivering Data, Analytics, AI, and digital transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of the North American Automotive industry, ideally working with OEMs, Tier suppliers, retailers/dealers, captive finance organizations, or mobility companies.
• Strong consulting background with experience advising senior executives and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven business development and account growth capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business cases, investment models, transformation roadmaps, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic, technology-enabled transformation programs with quality, pace, and measurable client outcomes.
• Shaping differentiated Automotive Data & AI propositions in collaboration with Capgemini’s global industry, technology, and delivery networks.
• Building trusted C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships while growing our Automotive business across OEMs, Tier suppliers, retailers, captive finance, mobility, and connected services organizations.
