Job summary

Purple Drive Technologies seeks a seasoned Go-To-Market Leader for Data & Analytics in the Automotive sector to drive growth and strategic transformation across North America. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape data-driven propositions, and build executive relationships with OEMs, suppliers, dealers, and mobility players.

You will originate and deliver data, analytics, and AI initiatives, leveraging cloud, data governance, and enterprise architectures to create scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consulting or technology services within Automotive, manufacturing, mobility, or related transformations.
• Proven success originating, selling, shaping, and delivering data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of North American Automotive landscape, including OEMs, Tier suppliers, dealers, and mobility orgs.
• Strong consulting background with experience advising senior executives and managing complex stakeholder networks.
• Proven business development and account growth capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business cases, investment models, transformation roadmaps, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic, technology-enabled transformation programs with quality, pace, and measurable client outcomes.
• Shape differentiated Automotive Data & AI propositions in collaboration with client industry, technology, and delivery networks.
• Build trusted C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships while growing our Automotive business across OEMs, Tier suppliers, retailers, captive finance, mobility, and connected services organizations.
• Harness Client capabilities to deliver transformational value across strategy, design, data, AI, cloud, engineering, and platform areas.
• Business Development – lead proposals, RFPs, origination, account expansion, executive conversations, market campaigns, and proposition development.
• Practice Leadership – shape offerings, accelerators, knowledge assets, go-to-market initiatives, and recruitment activities.
• People Development – coach and develop consultants, supporting career growth and certifications.
