Capgemini America, Inc. seeks a Life Sciences Data & AI Go-to-Market Leader to drive growth across Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, MedTech, and Healthcare sectors.

Shape and execute the GTM strategy, build industry-focused offerings, and lead complex pursuits while forging executive client relationships and expanding revenue streams. You will oversee strategy, partnerships, and thought leadership, positioning Capgemini as a trusted advisor in Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI across Life

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in consulting, technology sales, business development, solution sales, or go-to-market leadership.
• Significant experience within the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or Healthcare).
• Proven success building pipeline and closing large-scale Data & AI, Analytics, Cloud, and AI transformation engagements (typically $1M+).
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes and regulatory frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, data compliance).
• Experience selling across Data & Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Governance & Master Data Management, AI/ML, Generative AI & LLMs, MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Life Sciences Data & AI growth strategy across R&D, Clinical, Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality.
• Develop and position differentiated offerings leveraging Data & AI, Generative AI, and Cloud Modernization.
• Own the sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
• Lead strategic pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, and business case development.
• Build trusted executive relationships with Chief Data & Analytics Officers and other leaders.
• Collaborate with account teams, delivery leadership, and Centers of Excellence.
• Develop strategic alliances with technology partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Veeva.
• Represent Capgemini at industry conferences and client forums; lead thought leadership.
• Create industry viewpoints and whitepapers showcasing Capgemini’s Data & AI capabilities in Life Sciences.
• Mentor client-facing teams on Life Sciences Data & AI trends and market positioning.
