Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior Director to help automotive clients envision and deliver data-led transformation across the value chain. Based in Detroit or Chicago, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape differentiated data & AI propositions, and build trusted C-suite relationships to grow Capgemini's Automotive Data & AI practice.

You will drive business development, coach professionals, and translate delivery outcomes into repeatable client value.

Qualifications

• Experience originating, shaping, selling, and delivering data/AI transformation programs for automotive clients.
• Strong understanding of North American automotive processes and stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to build business cases, roadmaps, and investments for tangible outcomes.
