Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Senior GTM Insights Analyst to be the strategic and analytical backbone of the GTM organization. You will partner with GTM leadership to shape business strategy, own analytics infrastructure, and connect Finance, GTM Operations, and Product/Growth.

Build end-to-end views of sales processes across routes to market and translate product, pricing, or packaging changes into downstream impact insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or a strategy/analytics function within a SaaS or subscription business.
• Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to senior GTM leadership, not just an analyst.
• Deep fluency in building analytics and reporting infrastructure end-to-end.
• Ability to translate cross-functional inputs into executive narrative and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business Partnership: shape business strategy and translate questions into structured analysis.
• Analytics & Reporting Infrastructure: define metrics, data sources, and recurring reporting cadence.
• Translation & Executive Communication: communicate decisions and provide a trusted second read.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: build relationships across Finance, Product, Growth, and GTM leads.
