Gusto is seeking a Senior GTM Insights Analyst to serve as the strategic and analytical backbone of its GTM organization. You will partner with GTM leadership to shape business strategy, own analytics infrastructure, and connect Finance, GTM Ops, Product, Growth, and leadership to drive revenue outcomes.

You’ll own the end-to-end view of sales processes, translate financial targets into operational plans, and report directly to the Head of GTM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or a strategy/analytics function within a SaaS or subscription business.
• Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to senior GTM leadership, not just an analyst producing reports.
• Deep fluency in building and owning analytics and reporting infrastructure end-to-end, including defining metrics and data sources.
• Track record of translating cross-functional inputs into clear executive narrative and recommendations.
• Experience partnering across Finance, Product, and GTM Ops, with credibility to influence decisions.
• Strong analytical foundation: building financial/operational models and explaining assumptions.
• AI fluency is required: actively use AI tools to automate workflows and prototype solutions.
• Clear, credible communication style to influence senior GTM leaders.
• Familiarity with multi-segment or multi-motion GTM orgs is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Serve as the primary conduit between Finance, GTM Ops, and GTM leadership, translating targets into plans and forecasts.
• Build end-to-end view of sales processes across routes to market for a coherent business picture.
• Represent GTM in cross-functional conversations with Product and Growth, communicating downstream impact of changes.
• Partner with RevOps peers to execute new sales motions or modify existing processes.
