Gusto is seeking a Senior GTM Insights Analyst to become the strategic analytical backbone of our GTM organization. You will partner with GTM leadership to shape strategy, own analytics infrastructure, and connect Finance, GTM Ops, and Product to ensure a unified view of revenue and performance.

You will lead the through-line from strategic questions to actionable recommendations, partnering across departments and influencing decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or a strategy/analytics function within a SaaS or subscription business.
• Experience partnering with senior GTM leadership and shaping questions.
• Strong analytics and reporting infrastructure ownership, defining metrics and data sources.

Aufgaben

• Shape business strategy by partnering with GTM leadership and translating strategic questions into structured analysis.
• Serve as the primary conduit between Finance, GTM Ops, and GTM leadership, translating targets into operational plans and forecasts.
• Build end-to-end view of sales processes across routes to market to provide a coherent business picture for leadership.
• Translate product, pricing, or packaging changes into downstream impacts on pipeline, quotas, and rep behavior.
