Gusto is seeking a Senior GTM Insights Analyst to partner with GTM leadership, own analytics infrastructure, and translate insights into strategic actions across Finance, GTM Ops, Product and Growth.

You'll influence decisions, shape product pricing and packaging impact, and drive cohesive storytelling for revenue outcomes. This role sits in Revenue Operations and collaborates with leaders across multiple routes to market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations or strategy within SaaS.
• Strategic partner to senior GTM leadership, shaping questions and decisions.
• Owns analytics and reporting infrastructure end-to-end.
• Translates financial targets into operational plans and vice versa.
• Collaborates with Finance, Product, Growth and GTM Ops across motions.
• Strong analytical foundation with modeling experience.
• Proficient with AI-enabled automation and tooling.
• Clear, credible communication to senior leaders.
• Experience in multi-segment/multi-motion GTM orgs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required
