Job summary

Gusto's Senior GTM Insights Analyst is the strategic and analytical backbone of the GTM organization. You will partner with GTM leadership to shape strategy, own analytics infrastructure, and connect Finance, GTM Ops, Growth, and Product.

You’ll build end-to-end views of sales processes across routes to market, translate business decisions into executive narratives, and lead forward-looking models before actions ship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue/GTM Operations, analytics, or strategy in SaaS
• Experience partnering with senior GTM leadership
• Strong analytics, modeling, and data storytelling

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of GTM and RevOps to shape strategy with structured analysis.
• Own executive-level reporting and translate financial targets into operational plans.
• Build end-to-end sales process views across routes to market and quantify impact of changes.
• Translate product, pricing, or packaging changes into downstream effects on pipeline and quota.
