You will cultivate an exclusive executive network within technology and IT services and partner with the C-suite on headcount planning and strategic hiring.

In this role you will manage confidential searches with discretion, oversee agency partnerships, and convert your network into an active, high-quality pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience recruiting senior go-to-market roles at the director, VP, and executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle executive recruiting for senior GTM roles across the USA.
• Build and cultivate an executive talent network in technology and IT services.
• Partner with the C-suite as a strategic talent advisor on headcount planning and org design implications.
• Manage confidential and sensitive leadership searches with discretion.
• Manage external agency partnerships and align with direct sourcing.
• Activate a personal executive network from day one to create a qualified pipeline.
• Design executive hiring processes with structured interview panels and calibrated hiring bars.
• Drive offer strategy and close with competitive compensation and white-glove candidate experience.
