Qualifications

• 4+ years of GTM and G&A recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• At least 1 year in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract top talent for GTM and G&A teams.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Embed with clients to deeply understand culture and needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to articulate the value of strong talent practice.
• Support hiring across multiple roles with precision and speed.
