Job summary

CoLab is seeking an in-house Executive Recruiter to own end-to-end searches for senior GTM roles, partnering with the executive team and People/Talent Acquisition. This is a hands-on role requiring a track record of placing C-suite and senior leaders at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

You will influence hiring strategy, build a scalable executive search process, and manage complex offers while collaborating with cross-functional leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with executive or senior-level search focus (agency, retained, or in-house).
• Track record placing GTM and senior talent (VPs, Heads, senior AEs) at B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong sourcing skills; comfortable engaging passive candidates without relying on inbound.
• Executive presence and business acumen; able to advise C-suite, SVPs, and VPs on talent market.
• Experience managing complex offers, including equity and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Excellent written communication; outreach is first impression of CoLab.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle search for executive and hard-to-fill GTM roles, from intake to offer and onboarding handoff.
• Build and execute a sourcing strategy for each search, including market mapping and direct outreach to passive candidates.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role outcomes, scorecards, and compensation positioning before searches open.
• Run rigorous assessment processes aligned to CoLab's Hell Yes criteria, including interviews and references.
• Craft and deliver a compelling CoLab story to senior candidates and manage complex offer negotiations (equity, relocation).
• Build and maintain a long-term executive and GTM talent pipeline for future roles.
• Design the executive search playbook and decide when to engage external search partners.
• Report on search health metrics (pipeline, time-to-fill, pass-through, offer acceptance, quality).
