Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and governance for global assessment and workforce solutions. Remote-US role with occasional travel; reports to Commercial Operations leadership and partners with product marketing, demand gen, and revenue operations.

The role leads channel, alliances, and partner marketing, drives long-range planning and growth bets, and builds an operating cadence to scale execution across regions and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience designing and leading strategic planning cycles, operating cadences, and execution governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise GTM strategy across all motions and routes to market.
• Lead the long-range plan, growth bets, and market opportunity sizing.
• Design and run operating cadences, governance, and milestones for initiatives.
• Lead channel, alliances, and partner marketing, including enablement across markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Directly manage and develop Strategy & Execution team, fostering accountability.
• Report on strategy delivery, initiative health, and performance to executives.
