Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead onboarding and enablement for the U.S. sales team, ensuring day-one readiness with both technical and business-operational training.

You will coordinate across engineering, sales ops, and product, drive curriculum development, and manage the field-ready calendar for national programs and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years in corporate training, onboarding, or enablement.
• Experience delivering training programs and managing workflows in a professional setting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage logistics.

Responsabilités

• Lead US GTM onboarding and enablement for new sales hires to achieve day-one readiness.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal business processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to scale curricula.
• Coordinate SMEs and content creators to keep assets up-to-date and effective.
• Manage calendars, resources, and logistics for national training programs.
• Provide field-readiness mentoring and support post-onboarding.
