Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in training, enablement, or program management.
• 3+ years delivering training programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and logistics.
• Must be a U.S. citizen for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the U.S. GTM onboarding and enablement program for new hires.
• Develop training modules covering internal processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix to identify gaps in readiness.
• Manage recurring refresher and advanced skills trainings.
• Oversee logistics and scheduling for national training programs.
• Mentor field-readiness during post-onboarding phase.
