PagerDuty, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Field Communications Manager to develop and execute GTM and commercial comms strategies, shaping messages for pre-sales, post-sales, partner and customer success teams.

You will distill complex messages into clear content across channels and partner with GTM leadership in a fast-growing environment. The role requires 7+ years of communications experience, executive partnering, and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in communications across internal/external/executive or enablement.
• Track record launching and managing comms plans/campaigns with metrics-driven iteration.
• Experience partnering with GTM or executive leaders on positioning and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic communication plans aligned with the CRO and organization goals.
• Build and expand comms platforms for the CRO.
• Craft messages for global audiences, tailored by region/audience.
• Create and measure content across email, Slack, video and other channels.
• Own Town Hall agendas, content, and slides with customer stories to inspire GTM teams.
