Job summary

Engine is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for Go-To-Market to partner with our Chief Business Officer and VP leaders. You will translate strategy into clear communications, and own major GTM moments across a ~350-person organization with remote and in-office teams.

You will craft narratives for all-hands, town halls, and executive memos, while coaching leaders and aligning with Product, Marketing, People, and Finance. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and program management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal communications, executive communications, or GTM enablement in tech/SaaS/B2B.
• Experience supporting senior commercial leaders (CBO/CRO/VP level) as trusted advisor.
• Fluency with GTM motions and frontline language.
• Exceptional writing and editorial instincts.
• Strong ability to plan, sequence, and run communications programs.

Responsibilities

• Embed with GTM leadership and serve as trusted comms partner to CBO and VP leaders.
• Translate strategy into clear, compelling communications for the org.
• Lead comms plans for key moments: sales kickoffs, QBRs, incentive rollouts, org changes.
• Create narratives for GTM all-hands, town halls, executive memos, and cascades.
• Collaborate with Product Delivery, Marketing, People, and Finance for consistent comms.
• Coach leaders on written memos and live all-hands delivery.
• Build repeatable AI-enabled workflows to scale leader tone and templates.
