PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Internal Communication Manager to develop and execute communication strategies for GTM and Commercial orgs, including senior leadership. You will distill complex messages into clear content across channels and work with GTM leadership in a fast-growth environment.

The role requires storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and strong writing/editing skills. The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications across internal, external, executive, or enablement roles.
• Track record launching and managing comms plans with metrics.
• Partnering with GTM or executive leaders on positioning and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic comm plans aligned with the CRO and organization goals.
• Build and expand comm platforms for the CRO.
• Craft key messages for a global audience across regions and personas.
• Create, execute, and measure content across email, Slack, video, and other channels.
• Own Town Hall agendas, content, and slides highlighting customer stories.
