Job summary

Engine is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for its Go-To-Market teams, working remotely in the US. The role partners with the Chief Business Officer and VP leaders to align communications across a ~350-person organization, spanning remote and in-office populations.

You will drive clarity, consistency, and impact through written and verbal communications. This high‑impact role focuses on translating GTM strategy into compelling messaging, managing key moments, and building scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal communications or GTM enablement in tech/SaaS/B2B environments.
• Experience supporting senior commercial leaders (CBO, CRO, VP Sales, VP Partnerships, VP Business Development).
• Fluency in GTM motions and translating strategy into frontline language.
• Exceptional writing and editorial instincts.
• Strong ability to plan, sequence messages, and run comms as a program.

Responsibilities

• Embed with GTM leadership and become the go-to comms partner for CBO and VP‑level leaders.
• Translate strategy into clear, compelling communications for the commercial org and broader company.
• Own comms strategy and execution for major GTM moments (kickoffs, QBRs, incentives, org changes).
• Craft narratives for GTM all‑hands, town halls, executive memos, and cascades.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Delivery, Marketing, People, and Finance to ensure consistency and impact.
• Coach leaders on written memos and live all-hands presentations.
• Build repeatable comms projects and AI-enabled templates to scale leadership tone.
