Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in communications across internal, external, executive, or enablement disciplines.
• Track record launching and managing campaigns with metrics-driven iteration.
• Experience partnering with GTM or executive leaders on positioning and change management.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strategic and creative thinking across multiple personas and channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans for Go-to-Market and Commercial leadership.
• Build and expand communication platforms for senior executives.
• Craft messages and narratives for a global audience, tailored by region and audience.
• Create, deliver, and measure content across email, Slack, video, and other channels.
• Own Town Hall agendas, content, and slides, featuring customer stories to inspire GTM teams.
• Manage customer communications on critical matters with CRO and Chief Customer Officer.
• Produce announcements, newsletters, blog posts, and FAQs.
• Build stakeholder relationships and incorporate feedback into strategy.
• Engage hundreds of GTM personnel with updates and wins.
• Moderate large meetings: content, Slack monitoring, FAQs, KPI reporting.
