Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, GTM Communications for a Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA.

You will guide the strategic voice of the Global Sales organization and translate cybersecurity and go-to-market strategies into clear narratives for our global sales force and external stakeholders. The role requires 6+ years in executive communications, C-suite advisory, and experience leading mainstage content for large events; you will design multi-channel programs and measure messaging impact

Qualifications

6+ years of internal and executive communications in cybersecurity or fast-paced SaaS.
Proven track record of managing mainstage content for 1,000+ attendees.
Advising C-suite executives and driving communications strategy for global sales.
Experience expanding change management frameworks for large-scale GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary communications partner for the CRO and GTM leadership, managing internal and external platforms including board-level presentations and keynotes.
Drive editorial direction for mainstage experiences at SKO events, including theme development and scripting.
Design a holistic multi-channel communication ecosystem across field-facing platforms and internal portals.
Consolidate updates into a prioritized calendar and collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to deliver messaging.
Establish KPIs to measure messaging impact and maintain field feedback loops.
