Job summary

Engine is seeking a senior internal communications leader to partner with the Chief Business Officer and VP-level GTM leaders, translating strategy into clear, motivating messages for a ~350-person organization with a mix of remote and in-office teams.

In this high-impact role, you will embed with GTM leadership, craft narratives for all-hands and executive memos, and build scalable programs that leverage AI to maintain signal as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal communications, executive communications, or GTM enablement.

Responsibilities

• Embed with GTM leadership and serve as the trusted comms advisor to CBO and VP leaders.
• Translate GTM strategy into clear, compelling communications for the commercial org and the broader company.
• Own comms plans for major GTM moments: sales kickoffs, QBRs, incentive rollouts, org changes, leadership transitions.
• Craft narratives for GTM all-hands, town halls, leader videos, executive memos, and manager cascades.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent, energetic, high-impact comms.
