PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Internal Communication Manager to craft and scale strategic internal and external communications for the Go-to-Market and Commercial teams.

You will distill complex product and business updates into clear, compelling messages for leadership, pre-sales, post-sales, partners, and customers. You will partner with GTM leadership, lead multiple channels (email, Slack, video, town halls), and own content calendars and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications across internal, external, executive, or enablement roles.
• Track record launching and managing comms campaigns with metrics-driven iteration.
• Experience partnering with GTM or executive leaders on positioning and change management.
• Exceptional writing and editing with strategic, creative storytelling across personas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with revenue leadership goals.
• Create and manage content across email, Slack, video, and other channels.
• Own Town Hall content, agendas, and leadership communications.
• Build stakeholder relationships and gather feedback to refine strategy.
• Moderate large meetings, manage FAQs, and report KPIs to leadership.
• Coordinate with other Communications leaders to align GTM messaging.
