Compass in Los Angeles is seeking a Strategic Growth Associate to drive top‑of‑funnel pipeline and conduct discovery with real estate professionals. You will own territory strategy and help uncover growth opportunities.

You will partner with SGMs and Enablement to articulate our value proposition, maintain CRM with competitive intel, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in SDR/Direct Sales are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant SDR/Direct Sales experience.
• Strong business acumen and professional discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Top-of-Funnel Pipeline through inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Conduct structured discovery with real estate agents to understand their challenges.
• Lead day-to-day territory strategy and multi-layered outreach for market penetration.
• Document competitive intelligence and market sentiment in the CRM.
• Collaborate with SGMs and Enablement to pilot new talk tracks and refine the sales process.
