Compass is seeking a Strategic Growth Associate in Boston to generate new business opportunities and drive net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team. You will engage real estate agents across geographies, articulate our value prop, and collaborate with managers to develop prospecting strategies.

Role is SDR-like with emphasis on high IQ/EQ, relationship building, and data-driven outreach. Boston onsite, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Self-starter attitude with ability to solve problems without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to lead client meetings and presentations.
• Highly organized; ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to build sales pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts.
• Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, and campaigns.
• Articulate value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies.
• Document activities in CRM and maintain data integrity.
• Engage leads through creative follow-up communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes and drive market strategy.
• Analyze addressable market in nascent geographies to create demand.
