Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years progressive healthcare sales/marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directs referral development efforts by guiding Physician and Clinical Navigators.
• Oversees admissions process through supervision of the Admissions Manager.
• Provides supervision and training for facility staff in marketing, case finding and relationship management responsibilities.
• Develops market-specific strategies to support organizational goals.
• Conducts regular marketing meetings and communicates updates to management.
• Ensures staff deliver exemplary customer service and manages performance.
