Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits in Syosset, NY is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth for SGWS’s team in the Ruby Division. You will drive revenue, margins, and account performance across assigned markets, partnering with sales leadership and key accounts to expand our beverage distribution network.

The role requires strong financial acumen, data analysis, and proficiency with BI tools such as Excel and Compass.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or 3–5 years’ industry sales experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license, vehicle, insurance, and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, and commercial planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as directed.
• Communicate program spending effectiveness to maximize profits.
• Analyze and project quarterly and monthly business for territory.
• Provide team with conflict resolution and removal of obstacles.
• Identify market trends to stay ahead of competition.
