Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) is seeking a Business Development Manager in California to lead sales efforts, identify opportunities, and expand BBSI’s client base.

You will present BBSI’s solutions to prospects, nurture referral partnerships, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and process-driven, with a track record of top sales performance and the ability to work across multiple business units to align client needs

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a top performer in long-term relationship management.
• Experience in ASO, payroll services, or commercial insurance sales is required or strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage a referral partner network and close new clients.

Responsabilidades

• Find, engage, and close new client prospects.
• Build a channel of referral partner relationships to generate qualified leads.
• Develop referral network within 60–90 days and bring 2–3 new clients per month after training.
