Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to guide client organizations and internal teams across strategic human capital management, employment law compliance, and employee relations.

You will lead the development of HR practices, deliver trainings and presentations, and act as a trusted advisor to business owners, with roughly 80% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR principles and employment law.
• Experience in measuring HR ROI and metrics.
• 10+ years in hands-on and strategic HR management.
• Multi-client consulting experience a plus.
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to client businesses and internal teams.
• Develop HR strategies, training, and best practices.
• Deliver presentations and trainings to all organizational levels.
• Travel to client locations (approx. 80% of time).
