Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts and expand our client base in the region.

You will represent the BBSI brand to prospective clients, articulate our HR, payroll, and risk-management solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The role emphasizes consultative selling, building a robust referral network, and closing deals while coordinating proposals and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of top sales performance with long-term client relationships.
• Experience in ASO/Payroll, PEO, or commercial insurance sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally; some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Find, engage, and close new client prospects.
• Build a channel of referral partner relationships to generate leads.
• Develop and implement a sales plan to meet or exceed goals.
