BBSI is seeking a driven Business Development Manager in Pasadena to lead sales efforts, identify opportunities, and expand the client base. You will build a referral network, conduct business development meetings, and present BBSI’s solutions to prospective clients in a consultative manner.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll or insurance sales, a proven top performer history, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in ASO/Payroll services sales, Commercial Insurance sales, or related fields.
• Proven track record as a top sales performer.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with auto insurance meeting criteria.

Aufgaben

• Find, engage, and close new client prospects.
• Build a channel of referral partner relationships to generate leads.
• Develop new business by conducting multiple business development meetings weekly to build a referral network.
• Lead consultative sales to align prospects with BBSI’s business units and determine best-fit.
• Coordinate initial contacts, sales calls, client meetings, and unit schedules.
