Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) in Missouri seeks Market Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and grow top-line revenue through PEO solutions.

You will build referral networks, present BBSI's offerings, and lead a sales plan across channels, partnering with service teams to close and onboard clients.

Qualifications

• Must have PEO sales experience and a proven track record of prospecting, closing sales, and bringing on new clients.
• Track record of successful leadership, including development of teams and individuals.
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships with business owners, referral partners, executives and decision makers.
• Demonstrated ability to write, develop and deliver presentations to individuals and groups at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Find, engage, and close new client prospects
• Build referral partner relationships to generate qualified leads
• Outline and execute on a sales plan to meet sales goals
• Build relationships with key clients and represent our product
• Coordinate with service team to close and onboard prospects
• Focus business development on BBSI's target client base
• Drive top-line revenue while supporting bottom-line goals
• Clearly communicate value to clients and referral partners
• Engage in distribution channels and business community
