Job summary

Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) seeks an experienced HR Consultant to advise client organizations and internal teams on strategic human capital management and employment law compliance.

You will deliver training, develop HR practices, and support workers' compensation administration, with approximately 80% travel to client sites and a strong focus on delivering measurable results for our clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of HR principles and employment laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of HR metrics and ROI of HR initiatives.
• 10+ years' experience in hands-on and strategic HR management.
• Experience consulting multi-client/units is a plus.
• Training, Organizational and Cultural Development experience required.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and trainings across organization levels.
• Willingness to travel to client sites roughly 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to clients in strategic human capital management and employment law compliance.
• Develop and deliver trainings and HR best practices for clients and internal teams.
