BBSI is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts, identify opportunities, and expand the client base across our regional network. You will represent the brand to prospects and partners, understand BBSI's solutions, and drive long-term partnerships.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, channel development, and consultative selling, with 3+ years of top-performer sales experience in ASO/Payroll, PEO, or commercial insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a top performer in payroll, PEO, or related sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Find, engage, and close new client prospects.
• Build a channel of referral partner relationships to generate leads.
• Develop a referral network with 20–30 partners within 60–90 days.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by aligning clients with BBSI solutions.
• Travel locally as needed and maintain timely sales activities.
