EmployBridge is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Anaheim/Buena Park, CA market to expand market share through new business development and end-to-end sales and account management.

You will target high-quality leads, conduct pre-call research, and build relationships with decision makers at multiple levels, including executives, using CRM and digital outreach to exceed weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market and geography.
• Experience using a CRM platform.
• Sales experience in staffing or service industry preferred.
• Logistics or transportation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Target high quality leads and build a robust prospect funnel.
• Conduct pre-call research to understand customer needs.
• Build relationships with clients at multiple levels (phone, email, social, in-person).
• Engage with decision makers including executives during the buying process.
• Provide consultative account management and post-sales follow-up.
• Meet weekly goals to bring in new accounts through lead gen and outreach.
