Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for ProLogistix in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will expand market share by developing new business, pursuing sales opportunities, and delivering end-to-end account management, including pre-call research and strategic outreach.

You will build relationships with decision makers, manage accounts post-sale, meet weekly targets, and leverage tools like Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn to bring in new clients.

Qualifications

• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market including geography.
• Experience using a CRM platform for business.
• Sales experience in staffing or service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target high quality leads and build a robust prospect funnel.
• Conduct pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs.
• Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and face-to-face meetings.
• Engage with decision makers at all levels during the buying process.
• Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up.
• Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts through lead gen and digital outreach (Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Utilize EmployBridge's technology to reach clients and prospects.
