Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Manager in Orlando, FL to expand market share through new business development, sales opportunities, and end-to-end customer sales and account management. You will target high-quality leads, build relationships at multiple levels, and use CRM tools to drive growth.

The role requires strong English/Spanish bilingual skills, experience in staffing or service industries, and a proven ability to meet weekly sales goals using creative outreach

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Staffing experience is a plus.
• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market and geography.
• Experience using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Target high-quality leads and build a robust prospect funnel.
• Conduct pre-call research to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and face-to-face meetings.
• Engage with decision makers at all levels during the buying process.
• Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up.
• Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts using lead gen methods.
• Utilize EmployBridge's technology to reach clients and prospects.
