Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team, focusing on recruitment and expansion of top real estate professionals.

You will be the first contact for prospective agents, handling outreach, meetings scheduling, and CRM updates to drive engagement and efficiency. You will collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to support SERHANT.’s expansion strategy, contributing to a streamlined recruitment process and robust talent pipeline in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates to develop a talent pipeline.
• Schedule recruitment pitches for Growth Managers in current markets.
• Coordinate meetings for the VP of Growth in expansion markets.
• Maintain and update CRM records of recruitment activities.
• Assist in managing administrative tasks within the Growth department.
• Develop prospecting strategies with Growth Managers and Team Leaders.
• Drive engagement with new and existing leads through follow-up communications.
