SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team in attracting and onboarding top-tier real estate professionals. You will initiate outreach, schedule recruitment meetings, and drive candidate engagement while collaborating with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to support expansion initiatives.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound lead generation, strong communication, and CRM-driven coordination in a hybrid setup within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange recruitment pitches and meetings with Growth team leadership.
• Administrative & CRM Management: Maintain records of recruitment activities in CRM and assist Growth tasks.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Develop prospecting strategies with Growth Managers and Team Leaders.
