Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team in Utah. This role is the first point of contact for prospective real estate agents, driving outreach, recruitment meetings, and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth, coordinate CRM-driven activity, and help shape prospecting strategies to fuel SERHANT.'s expansion and market presence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: conduct initial calls with potential agents, generate growth opportunities, and develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Scheduling & Coordination: arrange recruitment pitches and meetings with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth.
• Administrative & CRM Management: be the first contact for recruitment leads and maintain CRM records.
• Collaboration & Strategy: work with Growth Managers to refine prospecting strategies and follow-up communications.
