Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to support recruitment and expansion of our real estate professional network. You will be the first contact for prospective agents, drive outbound and inbound outreach, and coordinate recruitment meetings with senior leaders.

You will also manage CRM records and collaborate with Growth Managers to refine prospecting approaches, ensuring a smooth, efficient recruitment process across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: initiate calls with potential real estate agents and generate growth opportunities.
• Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers and coordinate with the VP of Growth.
• Manage recruitment CRM records and assist in Growth department tasks.
• Collaborate with Growth Managers to refine prospecting strategies and follow-up communications.
